At last we had our First consultation at Concentrix last week, Tuesday...

We interviewed Mr. Mahedy Brizuela, an HR Specialist of Concetrix to discuss to us the flow of the HRD department as well as the organizational chart of their organization....

We had learned that day that every dept. (in Concentrix) has thier own Information System, all of these departments enjoy the privacy thier system caters.... Every Department restricts information to other department despite the fact that all of them belongs to one organization only.

I asked interviewee what is the benefit of that kind of scenario,
He practically said that (i forgot the exact words but his point is like this) every datum has its own significance, will it be for the good or bad for the organization, it will remain be restricted because it has nothing to do with the business of the others.
