Business process outsourcing (BPO)

that is the main topic of the Human Resource Forum last Sept. 30,2008 at the Sagguniang Panglungsod.
The forum at the same time a jobs fair was held to introduce BPO to improve the businesses here in davao and give jobs to many davaoenyos...

We had learned from the speakers that aside from the crops that Mindanao is producing, BPO's such as Call Centers were booming...BPO's were organization that render services to other company...it is like a third party...like call centers, giving services to consumers such as inquiries...etc. for other organization.

The forum has lot to explain on how an industry would be flexible to this unpredictable state of our economy...aside from that, speakers from Call Center companies has given thier Speaches to us... on how Call Center works for thier clients.. and for the consumers...

most of them were encouraging us to study harder...hehe...


well, that was a very long day...
