We had a class discussion in our class and it is about the overview in Human Resource Management. And their adopted industry is our own school, the University of Southeastern Philippines.
As what i have learned in our class discussion, Human Resource is one of the most important component in an industry. Without the Human Resource, an organization will certainly drop. They had shared what is the difference between Personnel Management and Human Resource Management. Certainly, The Human Resource Management holds a broader scope in the entire organization compared to Personnel Magement... in connection with with their adopted which is USeP, I did'nt get what i expected with the discussion, i missed to know How does HRM affected USeP as an industry, They have discussed HR but i missed the connection of it in their adopted industry.....

If USeP had been doing good through their HR or not...
